Population Health Analytics Association Incorporated is a non-profit organization formed to provide a community forum and knowledge-based resources for individuals who are passionate about the collection and analysis of data, which is ultimately utilized to improve clinical health outcomes of all populations.

There is NO COST to join PHAAI; it is a volunteer-based organization, and is funded by revenue generated from sponsors and supporters. ALL are welcome to join!!! Why? We cannot begin to heal humanity, when the contributors and decision-makers at the table and in the room, do not reflect and connect with the global population.

Founders

Lolita M. Jones, MSHS, RHIA, CCS, CRC is the co-founder of Population Health Analytics Association Incorporated. She is also the founder and Principal of iQueryData.com, where she serves as a Medico-Social Coding Consultant who combines her knowledge of medical coding, risk adjustment, clinical quality measures, and social determinants of health (SDOH) to help her clients improve the quality of their population health information and data. Lolita writes a blog titled Merit-based Incentive Payment System Value Pathways (MVP) Documentation & Coding Tips. She holds a B.S. in Health Information Management, an M.S.H.S. in Clinical Research Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Data Analytics.  Ms. Jones, a Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) and an AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer, resides in the Greater New York City area.

Has’nah Abdul-Mani, MPA, MSJ, CCS, CHC, CPC, CRC, CPC-I is the co-founder of Population Health Analytics Association Incorporated. She is a life-long scholar committed to the development and delivery of impactful Workforce Development curricula and programs. Ms. Abdul-Mani is constantly leveraging her compliance, revenue cycle, and informatics experiences, to cultivate highly-skilled Analysts who can contribute to world-class clinical and research experiences for the improvement of the human condition.  Ms. Abdul-Mani has earned a B.S. in Medical Science and Dietetics, an MPA in Management and Finance, an MSJ in Health/Hospital Law/Intellectual Property/Employment Law, and a Graduate Certificate in Compliance for Healthcare, Research & Pharmaceutical Law. She is currently on sabbatical to expand her global citizen status.  Ms. Abdul-Mani, an AAPC Approved Instructor (CPC, CRC), resides in the Greater New York City area.

Board Members

Atiya Easterling is an Operations Director for a global managed behavioral health organization. She has a record of success in cost containment initiatives, operational efficiency and process redesigns, yielding over $150M in combined savings for global health care organizations. Today, Atiya leverages data analytics to develop business strategies to drive down rising costs of care and address social determinants of health. Atiya earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Healthcare Management. She is a committee member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and member of the National Diversity Council.  

Bhisham J. Mohabir, RHIA is a recent graduate of Temple University’s Health Information Management program. In addition to serving as the Emerging Generation Board Member of PHAAI, he is a Revenue Cycle Specialist who assists various clients with ancillary functions that involve refining existing processes related to the optimization of their reimbursement accuracy. Mr. Mohabir is determined to help alleviate the inequities within the healthcare sector while he resides in the city of Philadelphia, PA. 

Roy A. Wildman, CEHR is an experience-catalyzed and data-driven scholar of all intersections of healthcare, information technology/informatics, and law. He holds two Graduate Certificates, one in Contract Law and the other in US Healthcare Law. He is currently enrolled in a CAHIIM-accredited Associate of Science degree program for Health Information Management Technology. As a citizen of two countries, Mr. Wildman’s early exposure to how socio-economic status impacts and creates extreme healthcare delivery disparities, implanted in him a lifelong curiosity about healthcare access, costs, outcomes, and the associated interdisciplinary studies. Mr. Wildman currently resides in the Greater New York City area.
